LAS VEGAS – A judge set bail Tuesday at $750,000 for Tupac Shakur’s suspected killer.
A judge ordered that Duane “Keffe D” Davis can serve house arrest with electronic monitoring as he awaits trial for orchestrating Pac’s killing, according to reports.
Attorneys for Davis asked to have to his bail set at no more than $100,000.
Prosecutors argued that Davis has never left the gang life, and that he is guilty of killing the rapper, after bragging about it for 15 years. He’s also a danger to the community.
Trial has been set for June.
