ST. LOUIS – Prosecutors have charged a man for the deaths of a mother and daughter who were struck and killed by a Jeep leaving a Drake concert.
Monte Anderson, 22, was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree involuntary manslaughter and two counts of armed criminal action, according to Fox News.
He is currently behind bars on a $200,000 bond.
Laticha Bracero, 42, and her daughter Alyssa Cordova, 22, were crossing a street when Anderson sped thru red lights before his Jeep struck another vehicle before hitting the women and killing them.
Bracero and Cordova had traveled to St; Louis from Chicago to see Drake at his concert Tuesday night.
