Woman Slashed NYC Cab Driver After Stiffing Him On Fare, Police

NYC – A taxi driver was slashed in the neck by a woman who stiffed him on a fare after a ride from Queens to Manhattan, according to police.

The identified suspect attacked the driver on Feb. 11 around 2 a.m.

Police say the driver was dropping off the woman at a church on 23rd Avenue near 89th Street in Queens when she refused to pay for the fare and slashed him in the neck, according to reports.

She hopped out of the cab and fled on foot.

The victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition where he was treated for a cut to his neck.

Police say she’s still on the loose.
