ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Andre Pugh was convicted of felony murder, conspiracy to commit murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
After investigating, authorities found GPS and phone records showing that his friend 37-year-old Adriane Harley was at the scene of the crime.
On December 5th, both Pugh and Harley were arrested at a strip club where Pugh worked as a DJ.
Evidence shows that Pugh may have wanted his wife murdered because text messages between the two showed that his wife was accusing him of cheating and more.
Authorities say Harley, who was a best man at Pugh’s wedding and a pallbearer at his mother’s funeral, entered the home through a back window, and found Mrs. Pugh in the guestroom sleeping when he shot her multiple times.
Harley’s will be tried on a later court date.
They thought it wouldn’t catch up to them but it did years later.
