“Little Women”: Atlanta’ star sentenced to 16 years in prison for a D.U.I. that turned deadly.
Melissa Hancock, 25, was sentenced on Wednesday after pleading guilty to manslaughter.
Hancock was driving drunk and caused a head on collision as she was driving the wrong way on a Virginia highway, resulting in the death of a U.S. Coast guard technician.
Virginia police say Hancock struck the victim, 29 year old Daniel Dill around 2 a.m. on November 4th as he was going to pick up his wife and her friends. He was actually their designated driver.
The victim died the next day at the Hospital from his injuries.
Hancock appeared on 2 seasons of “Little Women” Atlanta.
