FLORIDA – A fourth suspect who was wanted by authorities in the killing of rapper Julio Foolio was arrested.
Video footage shows a warrant squad arresting Rashad Murphy, 30, in the early morning hours on Tuesday on a local warrant for not having a driver’s license.

Tampa police Chief Lee Bercaw announced the arrests of three suspects, Isaiah Chance, 21, Alicia Andrews, 21, and Sean Gathright, 18, in a news conference Monday afternoon.
Murphy and Davion Murphy, 27, have also been charged in the murder, but have not been apprehended. The two men are accused of carrying out the killing alongside Gathright, killing Julio Foolio in an ambush as he was celebrating his 26th birthday in the early morning hours of June 23.
