Sean “Diddy” Combs has been ordered to pay $100 million to a Michigan man who accused the music mogul of sexual assault.
Derrick Lee Smith, 51, won the judgement by default in Lenawee County Circuit Court during a virtual hearing on Monday after Combs failed to show up.
Smith accused Combs, 53, of sexually assaulting him at a party 30 years ago.
An attorney for Combs said he would move to have the judgement dismissed. They say that Smith is a sexual predator, who now allegedly committed fraud from prison.
Smith was sentenced to serve 75 years in prison for sexual misconduct and kidnapping charges.
This is not the first time Combs has been accused of sexual assault by a man. He is currently being accused of sexual assault by his former producer.
