Murders of Atlanta promoter, rapper remain unsolved a year later

The murder case of an Atlanta rapper, promoter who were killed, remains unsolved a year later.

Rapper Edward Reeves, who was also known by “Bambino Gold”, and his cousin, promoter Kendrick Stokes, also known as “Skooly”, disappeared on Sunday, Nov. 4th, 2017 from Montgomery.

Their bodies were found two weeks later, on Nov. 18, 2017, off county road 13 four miles apart by a person who was walking in the area. Police found the white 2016 Honda HR-V sport utility vehicle they were both in abandoned on Nov. 6.

According to AL.com, both men decided to attend the Alabama National Fair, where Kendrick Stoke’s mother Felecia Stokes Webster says they “vanished into thin air.”

A friend of both of the men, tried to contact Reeves by calling his cellphone, but by 1 a.m., the friend told authorities his phone was going to voicemail. Strokes’s cellphone was doing the same thing.

Authorities have determined they were last seen alive near South Court Street and East South Boulevard between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Nov.

There is an $11,000 reward, for anyone who has information that can lead to an arrest.
