NEW YORK CITY : A 13 year old girl, 15 year old boy along with three other suspects have been arrested for the murder of a Queen’s man.
Police have arrested five suspects in connection to the murder of Ian Cruz, 23, who was found shot to death inside Bayswater Point State Park in Queens. The victim was found wearing only his underwear and socks.
Police have also arrested 22 year old Yonathan Sanchez and 18 year old Elmer Guttierez. They were charged with Criminal possession of a Weapon. Police arrested the suspects at Far Rockaway apartment where they were sharing a room, according to ABC Eyewitness News.
It was there that a .22 caliber revolver and more than 900 live rounds of ammunition were discovered.
Cruz was shot multiple times in the head, court documents reveal.
Police were able to track the suspects down because the killing was all caught on surveillance video. It it also believed that this may have been a MS-13 killing.
