Singer Chris Brown, who was detained in Paris, over a complaint that was filed by a woman who said he raped her, is now suing her.
The singer was detained in Paris on Tuesday, along with two other people, including his bodyguard. They were released later that day. The singer had been in Paris for thier fashion week, with his crew and his new girlfriend.
It’s been confirmed by E News, that Brown’s attorney, Raphael Chiche, that they are getting a defamation complaint ready and plan to file it today.
The woman claims she met the the singer between Jan. 15-16th, at club Le Crystal, and they both headed back to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, where she says he allegedly raped her for about 30 minutes and that is was ‘brutal.”
According to NBC News, who spoke with Paris authorities, the rape investigation is still an open case..
