SPOKANE, Wash. – A boyfriend turned his girlfriend into police, after he found out that she was suspected of murder.
Ashley’s Horning’s boyfriend called police, and turned herself in on Thursday once he learned that she was wanted for killing her ex-boyfriends mother.
According to KXLY, Zachariah Gardner, who had been dating Horning for just a few weeks, received a Facebook message from her on Thursday morning, saying that she was going to kill herself. He was worried, and said that he found her sitting on bench about a mile from the crime scene.

Once they met, Horney showed him a posting from Facebook that she was wanted for murder.
Gardner told KXLY “It was a stressful situation and I said, ‘we’re going to turn you in,’ and then she agreed.”
Horney is said to have allegedly shot her exe’s mother, which is their child’s grandmother, all in front of their daughter. The woman died from her injuries.
