British rapper Cadet was killed early Saturday in a car crash. The saddest part was that not only was he an up & coming rapper, but he died as he was on his way to a performance at Keele University in England.
Cadet, whose real name is Blaine Cameron, was a passenger in a cab that collided with another vehicle, right by the university. This is according to his management.
Police say that he died in a two-car collision at about 1:30 a.m.. The drivers of both vehicles were seriously injured.
Cadet was set to perform at this year’s Wireless Music Festival, alongside Cardi B, The Migos, Travis Scott and more.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family, friends and fans, of Cadet.
Such sad news. We’ll be keeping his Wireless performance as a time to reflect on the memory of Blaine.
