Actor Terrence Howard finally speaks, defending his co-star Jussie Smollett

Actor Terrence Howard defended his co-star Jussie Smollett on Instagram. The ‘Empire’ star posted a video showing Smollett holding his baby with a caption that read “All your lil homies got you… We love the hell outta you ♥️.”

Howard also defended Smollett against a fan replying “Sorry you feel that way but that’s the only Jussie I know.” The Jussie I know could never even conceive of something so unconscious and ugly. His innocence or judgment is not for any of us to decide. He also added, “Stay in your lane and my lane is empathy and love and compassion for someone I’ve called my son for five years. It’s God’s job to judge and it’s ours to love and hope, especially for those that we claim to have loved.”

Smollett has been charged with 1 count of disorderly conduct, which I’m surprised at, after the hoax that he pulled on America.

Smollett claims in his original complaint that he was assaulted on Jan. 29th at around 2 a.m.in Chicago by two white males who wore MAGA hats, pouring bleach on him and putting a noose around his neck. He said that they spit racial and homophobic slurs at him.

The cookie trails caught up to him, and it was a hoax all along to bring awareness to his $65,000 an episode salary on the show ‘Empire.’

His character has also been axed from the show.
