Former Disney star Klye Massey sued for allegedly sending explicit images to a 13-year-old girl

Former Disney star Kyle Massey is being sued for allegedly sending explicit images to a 13-year-girl.

According to court documents obtained by ET, Kyle Massey, 27, who was a star on Disney channel shows like Cory In The house & That’s So Raven has been sued by a 13-year-old girl, for allegedly attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor, along with a few other accusations.

Those other accusations in the lawsuit against the actor include intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence per se (attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor), negligence per se (harmful matter sent with intent of seduction of a minor) and negligence per se (annoying or molesting a minor).

The 13-year-old girl says that she met the actor with her mother in 2019 when she was just 4 -year-old.

They stayed in contact throughout the years, with Massey even once invited the girl who remains anonymous to stay at his home with him and his girlfriend, so he could help her find an agent.

It was after that she says he began to text her sexually explicit videos, texts and pictures.

The girl is seeking $1.5 million in damages , claiming that as a result of Massey’s actions, she suffered physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, great pain of mind, shock, body and emotional distress, loss of self-esteem, humiliation, disgrace and loss of enjoyment of life.
