In a resurfaced video, Cardi B is seen crying and admitting on Facebook Live that she would take men to hotels that wanted to have sex with her and would drug them so that she could rob them because nobody wanted to help her out in life.
She has now released a statement after the backlash she’s receiving, and in the statement she seems to be justifying her actions by pointing out what other rappers talk about in their lyrics. She wrote ” There are rappers that glorify murder violence drugs an robbing.” She added that “the men I spoke about in my live were men that I dated that I was involve with men that were conscious willing and aware.”
She is obviously not making sense by saying that she knew the men that she drugged because in the video she clearly says ” I had to go oh yeah, you wanna fuck me, yeah, yeah, yeah, let’s go to this the hotel and I drugged n***as up and I robbed them.” If they were conscious, how could have they possibly allowed her to rob and drug them?

She also wrote that she doesn’t glorify these actions because she is not proud of them.
