Lil Xan’s fiancée Annie Smith has suffered a miscarriage.
Annie Smith took to her Instagram and shared videos of her & Lil Xan, whose real name is Nicholas Diego Leanos, with captions that read “The moment i met you i knew you were special. i fell head over heels in love with you and only love you more and more every single day. i didn’t know it was possible to feel this way about another human.”
She then wrote to her unborn baby that she miscarried ‘Today i feel a hurt i never knew existed. a pain that comes from my soul. to my beautiful angel, mommy loves you more than she ever knew possible.’
Lil Xan hasn’t addressed his loss, but he did put this up on this story, implying that he is going through some sort of heartache.
The couple had took to Youtube to announce their pregnancy. There was also controversy surrounding Annie Smith’s pregnancy, when people pointed out that the couple allegedly took a ultrasound photo of off Google, which lead some to believe that it was a fake pregnancy.
The couple announced their pregnancy in February.
