Texas- Police have arrested and charged a 12-year-old boy for the murder of his young younger brother.
Authorities say that they responded to call on Saturday and found the 10-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s office did an investigation, and charged his older brother with his murder.
He’s currently being held in a juvenile detention center.
It’s still not clear how he got ahold of the gun.
