Luann De Lesseps from “RHONY” taken into police custody for violating probation; here’s why

NY, New york – Luann De Lesseps from the ‘Real Housewives Of New York” was taken into custody for violating her probation.

The 54- year-old reality star was taken into custody on Thursday for allegedly violating her probation according to Page Six, but she was later released.

Luann’s rep told Page six “The reports have not been accurate so I’m glad the judge was understanding after being made aware of the facts. I look forward to completing the last couple months of probation and getting this entire situation behind me and moving on with my life.”

Luann has been struggling with her sobriety.

Her case is originally from Florida, but was given a probation officer in NYC.

According to that probation, Luann failed an alcohol test on 4/21/2019, admitting that she had two cups of mimosas. They say that she’s not taking her probation seriously. She refused to participate in a outpatient program or get an ankle bracelet.

She has been ordered to go back to court.

Luann was arrested in Palm Beach on Christmas Eve in 2017. She attacked and even threatened to kill a police officer. She took a plea deal to avoid jail time, attending rehab and missing out on the “RHONY” season 10 reunion.
