Dennis Rodman is being accused of smacking at a man at his 58th birthday party.
According to a police report, 30-year-old Jeff Soulouque says Rodman smacked him on May 17th at the Buddah Sky Bar in Delray Beach.
The alleged victim says that the smack was unprovoked.
Soulouque says that Rodman just turned around and smacked him in his face. He also said that Rodman did show remorse, apologizing to him right after, so he left it alone. When he got home though, he says the left side of his face was swollen, and he decided to call the police, pressing charges.
A witness who was at the birthday party says that he was about 20 feet away and witnessed when Rodman smacked Soulouque in his face.
The police officer who made the report stated that he didn’t witness any swelling on the alleged victims face, despite him going to the hospital.
