Amber Portwood has been charged with three felonies in her state of Indiana after allegedly assaulting her boyfriend while he held their son.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the 29-year-old ‘Teen Mom’ star has been charged with criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon, domestic battery and domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old.
To make matters worse, Portwood was allegedly wielding a machete during the argument between her and her boyfriend Andrew Glennon.
Police were called over the fourth of July weekend to Portwood’s home because they received a call about a dispute.
When they spoke to Glennon, he told police Amber had hit him as he held their 1-year-old son.
Glennon has now filed for an emergency custody hearing to gain custody of their son.
