Men seen on video attacking A$AP Rocky’s crew under investigation for “molestation” and assault; A$AP will also stay longer

SWEDEN- According to authorities in Sweden, the two men seen on video attacking A$AP Rocky’s bodyguard and harassing the rapper, along with his crew are under investigation for molestation and assault..

I’m not surprised, but Sweden’s legal definition of molestation is not the same as here in the states.

Authorities said in a press conference “The preliminary investigation continues regarding the American artist who is detained by the Stockholm District Court in Sweden on suspicion of assault in Stockholm”, they added “There is also a preliminary investigation in the case concerning the aggrieved party who is suspected of molestation and assault.”

The aggrieved party is NOT pertaining to A$AP Rocky and/or the two members of his crew who are also locked up with him.

A spokesperson told Page Six “Molestation (‘ofredande’ in Swedish) “Means roughly: A person who physically attacks someone or exposes someone to disruptive contacts or exposes someone to other ruthless actions.”

Umm, ok.

The worst part of this all is that Swedish authorities are saying that they may keep A$SAP Rocky in jail a little longer, where he has been allegedly being kept in inhumane conditions and hasn’t been given the basic privileges, like making calls.

Sweden says that Rocky will stay in their jail until July 19th, when the prosecutor “must decide whether to file a prosecution or ask the court for a longer detention period in order to finalize the investigation.”
