HAWAII- Two Hawiian women have been indicted on murder charges in the death of 6-year-old Mazen Kaniela Nihipali-Moniz.
According to the Hawaii News Now, the boy was taken to the hospital from his home on Halloween in 2018 and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
A grand jury indicted Kuuipo Nihipali, 32, and Ashley Nihipali, 34, with second-degree murder, terroristic threatening, felony abuse of a household member and tampering with physical evidence.
Both suspects have an upcoming trial that will begin in Nov and are being held on a $1 million bail.
They have both pleaded not guilty to the charges they’re facing.
