The couple, according to WHEC, are look to turn a Exxon Mobil research plant, into a music & arts center.
A main space on the plant would be for a cafeteria, classrooms and room for several offices.
Their lawyer told the town on Thursday during a meeting that the couple would like to turn one former factory into a training facility, and maybe some dorms for the musicians who would stay there.
The couple would like to turn an old barn on the plant into an art gallery, where they’ll be keeping their collections.
Swizz Beatz does like to show off his collection of artwork on his social media.
