‘Teen Mom’ Amber Portwood’s ex and father to her son James wants to take their son out of Indiana but Amber is not having it.
According to Radar Online, Portwood’s ex, Andrew Glennon went to court and filed a motion so that he could relocate their 2-year-old son James to California but Amber has made an objection.
Portwood went to Marion Court in Indiana on Sept 4th and filed a Verified Objection to Father’s Relocation.
Portwood wrote in her complaint that Andrew’s intent to relocate James “fails to state a reason why the child should relocate.”
The court documents also state “Mother objects to the relocation and believes that it is not in the best interest of the child to relocate to California,” the court papers read. “Mother requests that Father’s Notice of Intent to Relocate be denied. Mother is requesting that the court enter an order preventing the relocation of the child.”
The 29-year-old reality star was arrested during the 4th July weekend and was charged with a felony count of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, one felony count of domestic battery and domestic break.
