NEW ORLEANS- A man has been found guilty for the double murders of Toya Wright’s’ brothers.
34-year-old Antoine Edwards was found guilty on Thursday on two counts of second-degree murder for the 2016 deaths of 24-year-old Ryan “Rudy” Johnson and 31-year-old Joshua Johnson.
Jurors reportedly took two hours to make their decision.
Both brothers were found shot to death inside of a SUV in 2016. It was truly devastating for their celebrity sister who didn’t just lose one brother but two.
Toya Wright is best known for being rapper Lil Wayne’s ex, and the mother to his oldest daughter.
She’s also appeared on the BET reality T.V. show “Tiny and Toya.”
Edwards is facing two life sentences, one for each victim, and will appear in court for that sentencing on Sept 30th.
