NYC- I have audio that was presented by prosecutors on Thursday in the federal racketeering case against Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison.
In this audio that I obtained from reporter Lisa Ever’s, you can hear rapper Jim Jones and Mel Murda speaking on Tekashi69.
Jim Jones is heard saying that Tekashi69, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez needs to be “violated” and that he’s not a real gangsta.

This case has just been insane as Tekashi has brought up names like Jim Jones, Cardi B, Trippie Redd and more.
On Thursday, the rapper, who some are calling a rat, said that Jim Jones and Cardi B are allegedly Nine Trey members.
Cardi B took to her social media to say that her set is not Nine Trey, confirming that she is in fact a Blood, which is something that is known.
