FLORIDA- A woman who was caught on video choking her dog as she lifted it off the ground by its leash, has been arrested.
The video shows 26-year-old Michelle Sieber walking towards her trailer with the dog in a parking lot, as she begins to kick it and then continues to choke it.

Vincent Minutello caught the abuse on his phone as he was dropping his girlfriend off and even intervened.
He told Sieber “Hey, can you go a little easy on that dog please?” Minutello asks Sieber.
“You want him?” Sieber says with a laugh.
“No, but you can’t do what you’re doing. You’re choking him, you’re hanging your dog!”
Sieber was arrested on Sept 20th and was charged with one count of animal cruelty.
