A 2-year-old girl has died after police say her mother left her to drink.
According to KTLA, police say that the 2-year-old girl died after her mother left her inside of a car for 5 hours, with the heater on.
June Love Agosto was found burned and unconscious on Sept 22nd inside of a vehicle with the temperature at 107.5.
She told police that when she found her daughter with vomit on her shirt and carseat, she attempted to cool her off by hosing her down. She waited fir the paramedics who couldn’t save the little girl who pronounced dead at the Hospital.
The mother, whose identity is being withheld, told police that she left to drink with a friend in another vehicle and that she had fallen asleep, waking up at 5 a.m..
The 2-year-old girl had burns on her face, chest and arms.
There are no arrest as of now though..
