NEW YORK CITY- Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. was hit with another charge in his groping case on Thursday.
Gooding was present in a Manhattan court today for his hearing in his sex abuse case.
The Manhattan District Attorney’s office will specify what the nature of this new charge, or if it’s coming from the actors accuser.
Gooding has denied the allegations, despite video from the club where this incident took place being plastered all over the news. He has pleaded guilty to these charges.
Back in June, a 29-year-old woman accused the actor of groping her breast as they were having some drinks at a Manhattan club with a few other people. I saw the video, and it’s very clear to me that he indeed was flirtatious and touched her breast.
This is NOT the first time that Gooding has been accused of groping another person.
His case was adjourned to Oct 5th for Supreme Court arraignment, and the new charge will then be disclosed.
If he’s charged, he could face up to a year in jail.
