NORTH CAROLINA- 3 assisted living employees have been arrested after authorities say that they were running a fight club inside of the facility.
Authorities say that a complaint was filed back in June accusing Taneshia Deshawn Jordan, 26, Marilyn Latish McKey, 32 and Tonacia Yvonne Tyson, 20 of elder abuse. The complaint stated that the women had put two women, ages 70 and 73 to fight.
Investigators say that the three women made these elderly patients with dementia fight each-other, while recording it.
In court documents, McKey is said to have pushed one of the victims who’s 73 into her room while Jordan and Tyson filmed the incident, instead of intervening to help the elderly woman.
According to Fox 8, Taneshia Deshawn Jordan, 26, Marilyn Latish McKey, 32 and Tonacia Yvonne Tyson, 20 have all been charged with assaulting disabled persons.
