ALABAMA- A person of interest is in custody in connection to a missing 3-year-old.
3-year-old Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney was kidnapped at a birthday party on Saturday from a public housing community, and still hasn’t been found.
According to AL.com, authorities in Alabama said that a stranger in a dark SUV took her from the the party at around 8:30 p.m.. The suspect was then taken into custody the next day after residents noticed that the driver and vehicle matched images that police released.
The missing girls father told AL.com “She’s scared, she’s lonely, she doesn’t know what’s going on,” adding “She’s just a baby. Whatever the situation is, whatever they’ve got going on, it don’t concern her.”
McKinney was last seen wearing a pink Minnie Mouse T-shirt.
