Philadelphia- A 10-year-old boy was shot in his head with a stray bullet as he walking home from school on Wednesday.
The boy has been identified as Semaj O’Branty. According to CBS Philadelphia. He was walking on a sidewalk when a gunman pulled up in a vehicle and began shooting.
A man rushed over to the boy from across the street, shielding the boy, and began firing at the gunman.
The gunman fled in a red Pontiac, and investigators say it was all caught on video surveillance.
The suspect hasn’t been caught yet, but the man who was shielding the boy while shooting at the gunman was arrested..
The boy was rushed to a Hospital in critical condition, but is now stable.
