‘Jersey Shore’ star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has pleaded not guilty to domestic violence, false imprisonment, child endangerment and 7 counts of misdemeanor charges.
The 33-year-old reality star pleaded not guilty to the 7 counts of misdemeanor charges on Friday in a Los Angeles court which included resisting arrest, criminal threats and brandishing a weapon.
Ortiz-Magro was arrested in Oct. 4 when police where called and told that he had allegedly kidnapped his daughter.
Police said that he wasn’t cooperating with them, so they ended up using a stun gun on him.
Both Ortiz-Magro and his on & off again girlfriend have both been arrested for fighting with each other, despite charges against her being dropped. She’s also the mother to their daughter.
Their rocky relationship has played out on MTV’s ‘Jersey Shore’: Family Vacation.
Magro’s lawyer says that his clients charges have been “exaggerated” and “misreported” according to FOX News.
