IOWA- 67-year-old James Wells was arrested by police after they say that he opened fire outside of a strip club after his debit card was declined for a lap dance.
According to court documents obtained by the Courier, Wells opened fire five times on a few vehicles, gave police a small chase and he was finally arrested.
The newspaper also says that Wells was resisting arrest and caused an officer to injure his hand while truing to subdue him.
Wells was charged with multiple charges that include reckless use of a firearm, assault on a peace officer and criminal mischief for damaging the vehicles he shot out.
