PENNSYLVANIA- 30-year-old Mark Icker pleaded guilty on Tuesday to soliciting sexual favors from up to five women while he was supposed to serving and protecting.
Two of the five women have pressed felony charges on Icker.
One of Icker’s victims says that he forced her to perform oral sex on him at a park. Another victim says he forced her inside of a police bathroom…
Both victims were pulled over for traffic violations and had paraphernalia in their cars.
“Icker, in uniform, in a patrol car, with a firearm and handcuffs forced these women to bend to his will,” US Attorney David Freed said at a press conference.
The three other victims accused Icker of misconduct, but they did not file charges against him. Since he pleaded guilty, he may avoid his case going to trial.
He was fired once he was charged, and is facing up to 11 years in prison.
