Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, is really not completely off the hook for snitching.
According to The Blast, who obtained the newly filed court documents, he’s still facing 37 years in federal prison.
Why?
Well, the prosecutors filed these documents on Dec. 13. because Tekashi was on probation for a sexual misconduct charge while being an active Nine Trey Blood member. He was then charged with racketeering, and according to them, his mandatory minimum term of incarceration would be 37 years.

It’s now up to the judge in the case to lower the 37 year sentence.
I guess he thought all that snitching was going to give ‘time served’ which is what I heard from a source.
