LAS VEGAS- Rapper Fetty Wap will not be charged with battery, after he was involved in a fight back in Sept.
The New Jersey rapper wasn’t present in court on Monday, but his attorney was, and he entered into an agreement with prosecutors on behalf of Fetty Wap to have his misdemeanor battery charges dropped.
The judge agreed, and his charges have been dismissed.
The “Trap Queen” rapper was arrested on Sept. 1 after he was accused of assaulting a security guard who says he was breaking up a fight between Fetty and a valet employee at the Mirage resort on the Las Vegas strip.
