LOUISIANA- A teacher is being accused of having sex with a 15-year-old at her home, while her own child was home.
According to WAFB, 34-year-old Ellarea Silva was placed on administrative leave on Jan. 24, after it was discovered that she was communicating with the 15-year-old male via email. Detectives say she sent an email to his school account before they began communicating via phone so “the school could not track” their correspondence.
Arrest records state that Silva then began sending the teen videos of her nude and photos, but wouldn’t show her face.
Detectives say that Silva had sex with the teen at her home, about eight or nine times last summer, while her own child was home.
She allegedly also picked the victim up from his home, to return to her home, where she would give him e-cigarettes, and possibly gave him a vaping device with contained THC.
Silva is facing charges of that felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile, oral sexual battery and including indecent behavior with a juvenile. She also being held with no bond.
