According to Cheatsheet.com, Kim Kardashian West is allegedly being sued for not getting permission to post a photo of herself.
Court documents state that photographer Saeed Bolden claims he took a photo of Kim K. and her hubby Kanye West while they were at party for rapper Nas back in 2018.
Bolden is claiming in his lawsuit against the reality star, that she posted the photo he took on social media, without asking him for permission to do so. Documents state he’s suing her for actions that he’s claiming were “willful, intentional, and purposeful, in disregard of and indifference to Plaintiff’s rights.”
