California- A former McDonald’s employee is heading to trial after spitting on a police officers hamburger.
According to prosecutors, 21-year-old Tatyana Hargrove was arrested in November of 2019 after rubbing a hamburger bun on the floor and then spitting on it before handing it over to a customer who was a police officer.
Hargrove allegedly shouted “Black Lives Matter” and “Pig”.
The officer was never poisoned despite Hargrove being charged, and he never sought medical attention.
Her arraignment is set for March 23rd.
Unbelievable how a woman is being sent to trail for poisoning an officer, when he never got sick and unarmed blacks & Latinos are being MURDERED by police officers, who get to go home. (Opinion)
Hargrove was arrested and charged with willfully poisoning food, which is a felony.
