BROOKLYN- Singer R. Kelly pleaded not guilty on Thursday to sex-trafficking charges that included giving an underage girl Herpes.
The Grammy-award winning singer pleaded not guilty to a set of sex-trafficking charges against him in NYC. He entered his not guilty plea from a Chicago jail via teleconference.
One of the allegations that he pleaded not guilty to was knowingly giving an underage girl who goes by the name “Jane Doe, Herpes.
These federal charges were brought against R. Kelly in March.
The singer is now asking to be released early from jail, AGAIN, after he was denied a week ago. His excuse now is that he’s “likely Diabetic.”
R. Kelly is facing child pornography charges in Chicago, where he’s currently in jail.
