The Weekends new album My Dear Melancholy is now his 3rd consecutive album to reach #1 on the Billboards 200 chart. According to Neilsen music The Weekend has had the biggest week for an a new R&B album in over a year, yikes. My Dear Melancholy was released on March 30th, and since then the album has earned 169,000 equivalent album units while 68,000 were traditional album sales. His last two albums that were also on the billboard chart were Beauty Behind The Madness and Starboy.
