Fourth person charged with murder after man dies from fight

CHARLOTTE, N.C.- Police have arrested a fourth suspect in connection to a mans death.

WBTV reports that police were called about a crowd fighting on June 9th. When they arrived, all suspects and the victim were gone.

Several days later, 24-year-old Brian Quiros entered a Hospital with head trauma, and died.

Police arrested 3 suspects, 27-year-old Jahdell Jermaine Lewis, 26-year-old Omar Almanza De La Garza and 25-year-old Jordan Robertson, charging them with murder, common law robbery and conspiracy to commit common law robbery.

The fourth suspect, 26-year-old Jay Francis Romero Jr, was arrested on the same charges as the other 3 suspects on July 6th.
