A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie sued for allegedly destroying rented home

BERGAN COUNTY, N.J.- Rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is being sued by a couple, who claims the the rapper destroyed their New Jersey property.

According to the Daily Voice, the Bronx rapper, whose real name is Julius Dubose, allegedly overflowed toilets, damaged floors, ceilings, carpets, walls, along with two vehicles that were abandoned on Dr. Lawrence Guarino and his wife’s property when he leased their home to him for $3.3 million.

According to court docs, Dr. Guarino found “negligent, reckless and careless” damage to his property.

The owner’s say that due to the damages, the home wasn’t in any condition to be leased after Dubose damaged it.

The Guarinos say that the $15,000 Dubose put down for his security deposit, after agreeing to pay $10,000 a month in rent for a year back in 2017, doesn’t come close to covering the damages that he allegedly caused.

The couple is asking for $263,592.
