Singer, rapper Aaron Carter died without a will and now his estate may most likely go to his son.
Aaron was advised to write a will up after the birth of his son, Prince, who he shares with his ex-fiancée, Melanie Martin, but he never did. The pair welcomed their son in November of 2021, according to TMZ.
Under California laws, Aaron’s son Prince will most likely get his father’s estate because he wasn’t married at the time of his death.
His son was removed from his home he shared with Martin by the Los Angeles County Dept. of Children and Family Services due to the couple allegedly fighting.
Prince lives with his mother.
The 34-year-old singer was found dead on November 5 inside of his bathroom, with prescription pill bottles and compressed air cans around him.
His cause of death is still unknown, as toxicology reports are still pending.
