NYC- Actor Michael K. Williams died from an accidental of fentanyl-laced heroin and cocaine, according to the New York City Office Chief Medical Examiner, USA TODAY reported on Friday.
The 54-year-old actor, known for his roles in ‘The Wire’ and ‘Boardwalk Empire’, was found in his Brooklyn penthouse on Sept. 6. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
