Actor Tom Sizemore has died at 61.
Sizemore reportedly died on Friday after suffering a brain aneurysm.
The actor’s family made the decision to take him off of life support, his rep, Charles Lago told Page Six.
His 17-year-old twin sons Jagger and Jayden and his brother Paul, “were at his side.”
The “Saving Private Ryan” star was hospitalized in critical condition after he was found unconscious inside of his Los Angeles home around 2 a.m. on Feb. 18.
The movie star was known for his roles in “Twin Peaks”, “True Romance” and “Heat.”
He also appeared on Vh1’s “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew” in 2010, after battling with drug abuse for years.
