LOS ANGELES- Comedian/actor Andy Dick has been charged with groping a taxi driver.
Los Angeles prosecutors say that Dick groped the driver in West Hollywood on April 12th, 2018.
Dick has pleaded not guilty.
The comedian will be arraigned on Friday on a charge of misdemeanor sexual battery. This isn’t the first time that the comedian has been accused of inappropriately touching somebody.
The 51-year-old has actually been sued over these other groping accusations throughout the years.
