SURPRISE, Arizona: Police in Arizona say a man was murdered in his home by the A/C repair man he called to his home. Frank Pineda, 41, was killed on Friday at around 3pm by 26 year old Robert Moore who was called to Pineda’s home to repair his A/C. Police say Moore shot Pineda and then called the police. Moore was arrested at the scene. As for Pineda, he unfortunately died from the gunshot wound to his leg. Authorities are unsure as what to the motive was but say that Pineda and Moore were involved in a “altercation” before the shooting. The cause of death is still outstanding, even though I believe it’s very obvious, police are still handling this case as a murder case. What makes this case more heartbreaking is that according to the Arizona Republic, Pineda’s sons, ages 14 and 15 were home at the time of the shooting. Pineda also leaves behind a wife and 7 children, ages 13 to 24. Moore is facing second degree murder charges and is being held without bail. A A GoFundMe page has been set up for Pineda’s family.
