LOS ANGELES – Two men have been arrested in the overdose death of 19-year-old TikTok star Cooper Noriega.
Noriega’s body was found in June 2022 in a Los Angeles parking lot of a mall.
His death was determined to be a deadly mix of fentanyl, alprazolam, lorazepam and clonidine.
Erik Oved Estrada, accused of running a drug-trafficking operation out of his home that provided cocaine and fentanyl-laced pills is now facing federal charges, TMZ reported.
He allegedly sold the fentanyl-laced pills to Arian Alani, who in turn was accused of selling them to Noriega.
Some can argue that Noriega’s overdose wasn’t accidental after he posted a very alarming message to his millions of followers.
Noriega’s body was found a day before he went on social media and posted a video with a caption that read ” Who else b thinking they gon die young af.”
Cooper had 1.2 million followers on TikTok.
